A topic in the middle of many diseases

The human microbiome has been linked to a number of conditions and diseases including diabetes, autism, anxiety and obesity. Other important roles of the human microbiome include programming the immune system, providing nutrients for cells and preventing colonisation by pathogens. Thus, the analysis and research of different microbial communities living inside or outside of the human body could be key to our health.

Thematically, the focus of this networking event is on opportunities and possibilities in the field of microbiome research and analysis. Presentations from researchers, clinicians and industry will provide further insight into exciting projects featuring different therapeutic and diagnostic approaches.

Take the floor & present your organization!

We offer you an opportunity to speak about your research group or company active in microbiome to enable intense networking opportunities.

The selection of short presentations, made by organizers, is over.
