health DATA

Towards the standardization of a European model for health data

AI has a powerful potential to enable the optimization of patient care. However, to ensure quality of execution, it is essential to get access to larger and more varied health data. This element is critical to guarantee the representativeness and reliability of healthcare innovations embedding AI. To meet this need, political, scientific and academic actors in the Grand Est cross-border region have initiated an extraordinary collaborative effort to create and provide access to a secure health data cooperation system. The final objective of this large-scale project will be to create a thematic network dedicated to inflammatory/autoimmune diseases (IMIDS) and provide researchers an access to a large database.

Clinnova

An interoperable, secure and federated infrastructure

Clinnova’s ambition is to make Europe competitive in the research, development and market access of healthcare solutions embedding AI. This research project will provide the cross-border territory with the necessary environment to allow the emergence of innovative solutions that will benefit many patients.

Topics covered

  • understanding, prevention and treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases;
  • multisourcing, machine learning and deep analysis;
  • tools and integrative approach to precision medicine…
